Diana & Sylvanus House

Blandfords were awarded the contract to revamp two blocks of flats in Wellingborough, Diana and Sylvanus House on the Queensway Estate.
The existing 72 flats were stripped back to the basic structure and replaced by a mixture of 70 one and two bedroom flats. Our scope of work included new sub mains, lighting, power, ventilation, external and feature lighting, LED technology, fire alarm and CO2 detection.
This project was completed on time and handed over in August 2015.
